Salmon chirashi. This was really exceptional and the salmon sashimi really was very good, and they also gave a generous amount of salmon roe. Comes with salmon sashimi and grilled salmon. This spicy aburi salmon roll is my favourite dish in this restaurant and I will order this everytime I come here! The salmon is flame-seared and really soft and tender and juicy all at the same time, and the mayonnaise on top is mildly spicy and sweet and salty all at the same time too! This dish is really nice and I would recommend everyone to order it when they go there. Although quite pricey at almost $2 per piece, it is definitely worth it!
