It was time for lunch again and my friends and i decided to dine at Sakae Sushi for the Sakae Buffet !I was quick to order the Soft shell Crab Han droll in Sakae Sushi, which was my favorite hand roll, hands down. I like how the soft shell crab was battered to give it the crispy, yet maintaining its flavor. I also enjoyed the Japanese mayo they added to the hand roll, and the shredded cucumber provided a refreshing taste!
