Smoked Salmon Salad in Mango Sauce: I've always loved smoked salmon, so I ordered this salad. The mango sauce seemed special and mixed well with the salad. The tangy fruity sauce with some sourness and the saltiness of smoked salmon is very matching and complements well.Salmon Baked Rice: The baked rice at Swensen's is my all-time favourite. Salmon Baked Rice: The baked rice at Swensen's is my all-time favourite. The gravy is very flavourful, together with the smoked salmon in it and the fragrant butter rice, the whole dish is just sinful yet delicious.
Banana Crumble Sizzling Pan: This is one of the must-try desserts in Swensen's. The banana crumble cake is warm, topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and served in the hotpan. then the waiter pour the caramelised banana with syrup into the hotpan, the sauce quickly sizzle and the whole dish became very tempting. My friends and I started to tuck in before the ice-cream melted. Though it's very sweet and fattening, it's one of the most sinfully nice desserts.
