Din Tai Fung is one of my fave da bao places. Michelin star food quality at reasonable prices. Cucumber wrapped with Pork bellyThis appetizer is also one of my frequently ordered dish. A yummy spicy and sweet dipping sauce is provided for adding flavor to the tasteless pork meat & cucumbers...the pork belly has the right proportions of lean and fatty meat...nice.
Another must order for me...Pork Chop Fried rice with egg.DTF egg fried rice is very well known...every single rice is nicely coated with egg, its extremely fragrant even eaten on its own. I prefer this dish topped with a piece of tender and juicy fried pork chop....thumbs up!
