Had myself some black pork today. In my own honest opinion, I really can't taste the difference between black pork and regular pork. This however should not stop you from coming to tampopo because the food is not too bad!The service here was fantastic, food came immediately and the staff were helpful and friendly. I felt like I was in an up market Chinese restaurant.
