The matcha latte has the subtle fragrance of matcha, the pastel green colour of the powder. And more importantly, the taste of good quality matcha powder.And of course being a latte, I wanted a 70% milk ratio to coffee and here at Drips they do it brilliantlyl. Then of course there were the tarts. I mean, a fruit tart at $6.50. What's the deal? They better have awesomely sweet fruits and a buttery tart base! I'm warning you. The fruits had a brilliant hue that was directly correlational to the sweetness of the fruit. this i really relished. and then there was the custard filling which was the added creaminess that i loved. and what about the buttery biscuit base? It was butterryyyy alright and please, do yourself a favour. Buy a tart for your own consumption. We were left fighting over crumbs!
