Maxwell market food centre had closed for renovation for almost 3 months. When news of re-opening was reported, I took the opportunity to dine there since I had some errands to do around the area.When I was walking around to checkout for the stalls noticed this was a long queue. Being typical Singaporean I decided to join in as well. The best selling dish based on my observation was the mixed grilled. Unfortunately didn't get to try it this time round as it was sold out. Ordered the next dish on the list pork cutlet.
It was well grilled till golden brown and goes well with the sauce. I had thought that the bread given was to dip with the sauce, until I had to removed it for eating only then I found there's a cube of butter hidden underneath like a hidden treasure. Of course like other western it will come with fries and mixed vegetables.
