Today I select fried chicken, fried egg and stirred fried beancurd to go with plain rice, topped with curry sauce. It costs $3.80. The chicken is quite a big piece. It is coated with a unique batter and crispy curry leaves. The chicken is very crispy on the outside and meaty and juicy inside. It tears easily for such a big piece. The best of all is the crispy bits on top of the chicken, very crispy and flavourful.
