Went to Swensen's on a weekday afternoon. The service was really slow even though there seems to be very little customers. The place seems to be short-handed. Ordered a soup, a salmon and mushroom baked rice and a cookie summit. The soup was bland. (Had to add salt myself) I've tried other outlets soup before, but it wasn't bland like this. Perhaps I was just unlucky. The salmon and mushroom baked rice had a more overpowering taste. The chef might have put too much sauce with the baked rice coz
Out of the three, the one that I love the most is the cookie summit. Nothing can go wrong with this dessert as the ice cream was prepared long ago. I love the chocolate-coated cherry which was on top of the whole sundae.
