I have been wanting to try Texas Chicken but the one at Causeway Point is always crowded. Pass by the restaurant on Friday evening & decided to pack a meal home! Bought the 2-piece chicken meal which comes with 2 pieces of chicken, a biscuit, a medium whipped potato and a drink. I must say, the chicken is better than KFC! Meat is tender and juicy, while the skin is crispy, not hard. The biscuit is a little dry while the whipped potato is a little bland. 張貼
