Now, this is the absolutely the best pancake I have ever tasted. The pancake is very crispy and fragrant. I highly recommend the cheese pancake ($1.60). The cheese just oozes out and is very nice! You really gotta try it for yourself. And the pancake is best eaten hot and fresh on the spot. On a previous occasion, I have packed it back for my family to try and it still stayed quite crispy half an hour after that. The uncle will painstakingly separate each pancake with a waxed paper parchment. This stall is very popular and you really have to wait quite long due to the queue. Some advice if you are here for lunch - Order the pancake first thing before you order your main lunch dish. So by the time you have finished your main, the pancake will be ready by then as your after meal snack.

From some of the articles pasted at the stall, I think the owner has been selling at this place for a long time already. So he's a pro at making the pancakes hehe.
