One of my favorite cakes at Coffee Bean has got to be their signature Chicago Cheesecake. I love how it has a crusty top and base while the cheese just melts in your mouth with every bite. It's not too heavy and has a very nice smooth flavor. It also goes so well with coffee. The cake is even big enough to be shared by 2 smile
