Thanks Openrice and Reka for the invitation to Harry's. Though the weather was scorching hot, the host, riverfront view and friendly staffs had make this brunch very enjoyable. Harry's has just introduced their Breakfast Club, hence their current Breakfast menu are limited to 10 selections. The Assorted Muffins ($2.90 each) was fresh from oven, bakery styled muffins, crisp on the top and moist, fluffy inside. The nuts and fruits gave the muffin a nice nutty and fruity aroma. The Croissant Croque Monsieur ($12) was a ham and cheese on a croissant. Though looked simple, the taste was heavenly. Baked, crisp cheesy top layer with savoury ham on a fluffy croissant. The Ham, Bacon and Mushroom Fry Up ($13) looked like an omelette before beating in a bowl. A simple pan fried sunny side up with savoury meat and fresh mushroom. Flowing yolk with cooked white. I still preferred an omelette style for this dish. The Soft Boiled Eggs & Marmite Soldiers ($7) has a small pot, initially I thought the pot was Chawamushi. The Marmite Soldiers was too salty and the soft boiled eggs were under done, slightly watery. Overall, I enjoyed having Harry's Breakfast Club, though the prices for some are slightly high for a breakfast meal in the business district.
