I never like egg tarts till I tried the one at South Bridge Road by Tong Heng Specialist in Traditional Chinese Pastries ! My friend bought it for me the first time. It was tasty and crispy. What I like about the egg tart is that it is really crispy on the outside and when you tried the egg filling in the middle of the egg tart, it is so smooth that you can gulp it down.
