Everytime I pass by singapore fly on skates (yea we skate there during our cca urban), I will usually order the bak kut teh from this store, called the Sin Ming Road Rong Chen Bak Kut Teh at the Singapore Food Trail. The pig trotter given was very generously covered in thick skin and huge sinful layer of fats! Haha if you manage to finish it, be prepared to run a few more rounds. The soup goes for the pepper-rish feel more or herbal taste, I guess that's what they usually have in singapore. Abl
