One of my friends recommended trying this traditional dessert called Ice Ball, which is also known as 'Ais Bor' by the older generation. We ordered one each and initially thought we could savour it the ol' way of eating it by the hand but the ball turned out to be so big! It is actually like Ice Kachang with syrup and condensed milk being poured all over the ice just that this is in a ball shape. Upon poking the ice, it was a pleasant surprise to find all these ingredients as I really didn't expected anything inside! There were atap seed, colourful jellies, red bean, chendol etc! I still think it is pricey though at $2.50 each but it is worth trying for the experience of an old dessert well loved by our parents!
