Meringue frosting on a cupcake? That unique differentiation from those mainstream cupcakes is definitely a plus point.I like the lemon meringue cupcake, not too sweet nor sour, albeit a bit dry. But the overall taste made up for the shortcoming of the moistness of the cake.
