Headed down to The Coastal Settlement, which was located at Changi with my partner for a nice brunch this Sunday. I was a little apprehensive at first, cause I have read so many good/negative reviews, I am not sure what to expect when I step into the place.But lets just say that I am very pleasantly surprised!The truffle mushroom fettuccine is fantastic in the flavours! The truffle mushroom fettuccine is fantastic in the flavours! I love the generious amount of shaved Parmesan cheese cause they create just a “POW” to the tastebuds! Thick cream sauce which can get quite “jelat” if you had too much of it, so it would be a good idea to share.
The pizza is equally fantastic! Look like the whole pile of toppings on top of it! The beef was so succulent and the boyfriend just keep going “THIS IS SO GOOD. BEST PIZZA EVER” Crust was all hot, crunchy and fragrant.
