If you come to Dunman for dinner, you will have to try the wanton noodles from Eng’s. The noodle is very special as it does not have the alkaline taste and it is very qq. I could just eat the noodles by itself with its accompanying sauce. The sauce was fragrant with lard and it helps to prevent the noodles from sticking together as well. The soup is made with ikan bilis and soy beans and it is very tasty too! I am craving for its chilli right now as I am typing this. If they sold their chilli, I will grab bottles of it back home. If you are a chilli lover, this will be a must try.
