This is my favourite stall for wanton noodles. I love the springy noodles and the most important reason is that the noodles does not have the alkaline taste which some other stall's noodles have. In addition, I love the wantons here. Each bowl comes with 4 wantons, and the wantons have some black fungus as well, and it is not all meat within each wanton, making the taste more unique. The char siew is also quite alright, but the springy noodles and wanton are the main draw factors for me. Each pl
