This is a newly open stall by our foreign talents from China. While queuing to order our food, we can actually admire the chef busy at work, making the dumplings on the spot. I ordered Zha Jiang Mian or Fried bean and meat sauce noodle. The bowl looks big but actually the serving is pathetic. A few mouthful and the whole bowl is cleared. This bowl of Zha Jiang Mian consist of wheat noodles covered in a thick sauce of minced pork, durian, fermented bean paste and thinly sliced carrot and cucumber

This bowl of Zha Jiang Mian consist of wheat noodles covered in a thick sauce of minced pork, durian, fermented bean paste and thinly sliced carrot and cucumber to add to the crunch. Tasty but the meat is a little big too dry.
