The Cafe Cartel serves breakfast sets with free flow of tea/coffee during weekends and public holidays, from about 8:30am till 11:30am. Upon order the meal, I was served a mini sweet bun, and my coffee is nowhere seen . I have to literally request for coffee. After a short while, coffee is served. It tastes Ok, and the staffs will go around refilling the drink when they see empty cup (not self-service like fast-food chain). After a short while, coffee is served. It tastes Ok, and the staffs will go around refilling the drink when they see empty cup (not self-service like fast-food chain).
I waited half an hour or so for my Ultimate delight ($7.50++), which includes the egg, chicken hotdogs, a pancake and two French toasts. The scrambled egg is alright, quite moist, chicken hotdog is good. Frech toast is a not toasted enough, and the pancake is quite dry as a whole, as no butter or syrup is being served.
