Whole day breakfast menu - that was the trend back when Wild Honey is introduced. So, to follow the trend I decided to head down to the branch at Mandarin Gallery to try on their food. It does feel "new" when we are having eating something which is meant for breakfast at around 6pm. I like how huge the selection is on their board menu - basically it's a worldwide affair as they try their best to comes out with different kinds of breakfast around the world to Singapore. Spoil for choice as usual,

It does feel "new" when we are having eating something which is meant for breakfast at around 6pm. I like how huge the selection is on their board menu - basically it's a worldwide affair as they try their best to comes out with different kinds of breakfast around the world to Singapore. Spoil for choice as usual, so I decided to go for the "Norwegian". Basically it's 2 poached eggs wrapped with smoked salmon on brioche. I guess I made the wrong choice as it doesn't taste as good as how it look in their website (I know right?) The poached egg wasn't really cook to my liking, infact I think it is way too overcooked. The smoked salmon tasted so-so, nothing much to rave about. The brioche was quite hard to cut and I would prefer it to be a little more crunchy. Not sure if I would be back again so fast, but their selection is really tempting though.
