I had European breakfast. The best ever! Eggs Benedict! Two perfectly poached eggs, sauteed mushrooms and prosciutto on toasted homemade brioche. It's a little dry but the egg yolk does the job! The bacon is soft and a tad too salty but on the whole, it tasted fabulous!
