When i was dining at din tai fung jurong point,I saw tables with basket of xiao long bao and hence i ordered it too.I have high hope for the xiao long bao that i order since it is on the spot/same day made by their chef.The xiao long bao came pipping hot and i was warned by my friend to place the xiao long bao on the spoon to take a small bite on the thin skin first.The soup oozed out and i started drinking the soup.Then i dipped the meat and the thin skin on the black vinegar with ginger slice.
