Usually these kind of steamed rice is with pork or chicken either serves with black beans sauce or salted fish or preserved vegetables etc in a ceramic bowl are often steamed together as like those in claypot but without the burnt rice effect at the bottom of pot. Was disappointed when took my first mouth of the food, the meat and the rice was obviously done separately and they just piled the meat on top of rice when served.
