Ban Mian / Fish Soup - Koufu (已結業)

You mianthe noodle stall in my school NYP is quite popular, and i would say that the standard is quite high too. there are you mian, ban mian, tomyum noodle, dumpling noodle, fish soup noodle and fish porridge. the soup is quite fresh and sweet and tasty so everytime i want to have noodle i will consider this stall first. The noodle is springy and nice, not too soggy. There are anchovies and fried red onion that make the bowl of noodle nicer.
