Holland Village XO Fish Head Bee Hoon Restaurant outlet at Smith Street served delicious XO Sliced Fish Bee Hoon soup. The aromatic XO broth add flavour to the dish. The sliced fish cooked with bean sprout is also palatable. The beansprout is cooked at the right temperature and still crunchy but not too raw. The generous thick ginger slices added to the XO Broth spiked up the flavour of the Bee Hoon soup.Though this restaurant is small you can still enjoy the hot soup in air-conditioned comfort

This place is pretty packed for diners, so if you want a seat in airconditioned comfort visit the restaurant prior to dinner time.
