This dessert consists of a custard base with a contrasting layer of caramelized chocolate. The crisp shell was good. The custard could be better if it had a creamier and richer consistency.
Waffles with chocolate ice-cream
THIS IS THE BOMB!! Strangely, the chocolate ice-cream tasted not like your average chocolate ice-cream. There was something addictive about it which I could not put a word to. The waffles were crisp outside but fluffy and soft within. I had my waffles with maple syrup and it was heavenly. Everything went so well together.
The seafood and cheese toast melts were decent but I would not order it again as I would rather save any stomach space for their desserts.
