Feng Ji Shu Shi's char kway teow is TASTY and cheap !This simple dish is made by wok-frying kway teow (flat rice noodles) and mee (round yellow noodles) in dark sweet soya sauce, ingredent that add in the dish are egg , bean sprouts , fish cake deep-fried lard and fresh cockles !these ingrident are added in to increase the flavouring ! and a lot people love cockles so they asked to add in more cockles , so do I !
