I would say it is average and I have higher expectations of it, thus I am slightly disappointed after tasting their soba. This stall offer chilled beancurd which comes in 2 flavour, one being original and the other being almond. Personally, I preferred the almond flavoured to the orginal as I found it to be sweeter and have a stronger taste. Nonetheless the original flavoured is also good if you dislike almond. The beancurd is especially smooth like pudding and it can slide down your throat. There is always long queue for the beancurd and its supply run out fast. I find pontian noodles to be unique because of the texture and taste of the noodles. I especially loved their noodles and I will definitely add black sauce and chili to my noodles. The service is quite great as the food was served rather quickly. The baked rice is average, I got sick of it after eating three quarters of it, most probably due to the cheese. The rice given is quite a lot but there are only a few dory fish that come with the rice. The tomato sauce does not really complement well with the fish too.
