Had lunch at this place one of the day at raffles city where you dont see crowd compare to others. Out of curiosity we gave it a try.It wasent a pleasant meal. The menu has limited choice and the service are lousy, it takes forever to serve us. Menu range are limited and the set meal i ordered are small portion, Kimchi stew with no meat, too spicy and i dont taste the kimchi at all and brothy beef taste either.Furthermore set lunch dosent come with drinks and it still cost us about sgd20 per pax

Took quite some time to get to my seat on a Friday night, during the queue, the waitress will give you a look at the menu and take down your orders. Bibimbap served with sauces of your choice, it caters to everyone’s taste, even if you are a non-vegie lover. The food on an overall is good but tends to be pricey. All I can say is that this store gives me a very clean feeling; hygienic.

Bibigo serves really tasty and unique Korean food. They have a creative menu selection whereby you can choose the kind of rice, ingredients and sauce to cook the meal. They serve Korean tapas such as noodles, vegetable pancake and more. I ordered the bibimbap hot stone pot which costs around $15. It tasted great with the vegetable and sauce.

I went to bibigo to try their kimchi fried rice. I was kind of spoilt for choice as I could not decide what to have. All the food they sold were authentic Korean food. The kimchi fried rice was the best. Really delicious. it was not too spicy. The kimchi taste was really strong. The dish came with a fried egg and seaweed. It was served on a stone pot which kept the rice hot for a longer time.

We decided to try out Bibigo located at Raffles City shopping centre. They serve really great Korean food at average price range. It costs around $15 for the stone pot Bibibamp. It tastes really great with the sauce and variety of fresh ingredients. The ambience is nice for a chat session while enjoying the food.

The colours for the bibimbap are so exciting! Now, the main attraction, the hot stone bibimbap. Everything was great, the sesame sauce was tasty. There's really nothing to complain about except that it's rather pricey, otherwise, a must try!
Service staff, mostly teens, were smiley but beyond serving your main and taking your order, the juniors did not take the initiative to refill my drink despite standing together to chit chat. Oh well...

This new chain introduced by my cousin, Bibigo, is a franchise from Seoul itself and has preivously opened first in the States before finally arriving in our Raffles City basement!

Their signature dish was definitely the customize bibimbap (hot stone mixed rice) from the choice of rice, either barley white to black pearl rice, then the meat should it be chicken, beef or vegetarian.

It was a totally new way of eating and a presentation that you wouldn't find anywhere at any Korean store! The fresh vegetable is placed at an interesting packaging and the spice is then mixed to our own, and there was a dash of almonds on top of the rice!

Took the black pearl rice to give such experimental dish with gochujjang paste - the usual red paste. There are many other different types of sauce you can choose as well, that comes in a packet instead of a sauce dish.

The taste was different - it was more raw and clean since it was definitely less or even no grease than the usual - no half boiled egg as well. It has a clean finish to your tongue and you definitely have space to eat for dessert! The portion is slightly smaller than most place, it just sits nicely in your tum with the kimchi side dish as well and anchovy top.

I mean yes I prefer the greasy one...
cos it has more taste... but as for the whole presentation this place is totally pretty and super health conscious that when you eat more you don't feel the guilt at all!

Service tends to be quite slow as when you come at a lunch hour its always, always fully packed.

TOPS!
