Stopping over at S11 near my friend's place, I decided to join the Lor Mee queue after being convinced by the long queue as well as my friend's introduction. The Lor Mee Stall is unique as it sells more than just Lor Mee with other food items like fried fish soup and Yong Tau Foo available too.Keeping the traditional way, I ordered the yellow flat noodles instead of others. The bowl of Lor Mee ingredients looked just like any other standard bowl comparatively with braised egg, braised pork belly

Keeping the traditional way, I ordered the yellow flat noodles instead of others. The bowl of Lor Mee ingredients looked just like any other standard bowl comparatively with braised egg, braised pork belly and fish cakes. What caught my sight was the additional fried minced pork ball that was added generously to my minimum portion ordered. The dark brown minced pork balls were fried into dark brown in colors and were really yummy. Braised gravy on the other hand was not too bad too! If you are looking for some stomach warming Lor Mee in Choa Chu Kang area, this pocket friendly bowl of delicacy may just fit the bill.

This stall mainly sells their Lor Mee and Yong Tau Fu in the morning and for me who wakes up late, i never gotten a chance to try their Lor Mee. However I was pretty lucky the other day, i went there at around 1 plus and they were still open! I ordered their Fish Lor Mee. It was $4 but the portion is really a lot, a lot of noodles and a lot of ingredients like the fried fish. It was indeed really good. the gravy was very thick and tasty, however not too starchy. The fish they used was simply so

Decided to takeaway a bowl of the lor mee for breakfast. The gravy is thick, well seasoned and goes well with the noodle and other ingredients. The other ingredients that is include in the lor mee are crispy pork, braised egg, slice pork belly and slice fish cake. The crispy pork has a slight crispy texture, meat is tender and fragrance. As for the braised egg, it is well braised and taste good. Sliced chili, spring onion and vinegar is also added to the lor mee to enhance the taste and flavour.
