Anti clockwise from top leftmu Rice in Tomato Cream: Delicious though we felt more cheese and ingredients could have been added into the dish. The tomato cream would have been el perfecto if it was a little thicker though!Fuwa Fuwa: A classic signature dish which consist of an egg souffle capping off a bed of tomato rice. Matcha Pancake with Softee: This dessert definitely caught us by surprise cause we never expect to have such perfectly done pancake which were thick, fluffy moist and crispy on the outside. Definitely a winner in our hearts!
Matcha Souffle: This was the must order menu item the moment we laid our eyes on it. I am pretty glad it didn’t disappoint though souffle deflated and sunk in 5 secs upon reaching our table. Tasting like really rice and moist green tea cake batter. I guess it had a love/hate relationship. Too wet a dessert for my liking but definitely not bad in taste.
What we didnt try was their hand drip coffee which was supposed to be their specialty cause we didnt want to kill our sleep. However I really did enjoyed this meal very very much!
