This satay stall at Bedok Interchange has always attract long queues. Their opening hours are from afternoon 3.30pm onwards. They serve Chicken Satay, Pork Satay ($0.50/stick), they also serves chicken sausages.Their peanut sauce is the killer. The sauce is very fragrant, with lots of peanuts and thick gravy. For a price of $5 for 10 sticks, its definitely worth the money!

I have always wanted to try this satay stall but it is always closed in the day time. I took it home and it was still warm, the Aunty gave me a small tub of the peanut sauce. The sauce is not the thick version but but of a runny version which is quite good in taste. The chicken satay was lean and well marinated. I found the pork satay a bit on the tough sides but still can bit into it. It has the char grilled smell. The rice cake has a"QQ" texture and it also sells for 50 cents. I wish they gave some sliced onions instead of just sliced cucumber.

What/Where : Jit Sing Satay @ Bedok Interchange Food Centre
What we had : Pork Satay
Average cost/pax : $5
Ambience : Crowded/noisy. This place has always been the same since I first stepped here in the 90s.This place has provided hundreds of residents in the area their daily meals and take-aways.Old drunk uncles chit chatting happily away with their pals and the hawkers themselves. Some may find this place a little "dirty" but it's more because of the lack of "manpower" to clean it up as people come, dine, and go real quick. It's quite hot at times just like the other hawker centres.
Service : Prompt delivery upon payment.
Portion : The satay was kind of dry, it smelt/looked good though. The satay sauce was watery though, unlike the ones that clumps nicely creamily. So so. Room for improvement definitely.
Location : It's at Bedok Interchange. Super convenient. As of the current date , the area is under heavy renovation especially the car park. I believe they're building new bigger ones. So there's limited lots.
What's good in particular : No comments.
What's bad in particular : No comments.

My daddy ordered a plate of satay for the family to share. When we were approaching the food centre, we could smell the aroma of grilled satay so my mum said she wanted some. As we each ordered our own food, we only ordered ten sticks. I guess this stall is just so popular cos the mutton was sold out. I love mutton satays, but I guess I have to made do with the chicken satay. The chicken satay is really good, the amount of meat on a satay is quite a lot. There is no fatty meat in sight. All the

All the meat were tender chicken meat, some places add in the joints or knuckles, I really dislike those parts but here don’t have.

i went to bedok with a couple of friends for supper. We ordered a plate of satay to share. This satay stall was pretty popular, there were a lot of people crowding around, waiting for their satays. I ordered their chicken satay, the meat was very tender and sweet. I like the charred bits around the satay, made it taste nicer. the satay sauce is really thick and good too. nice to dip the satay in.
