I believe we are all no strangers to The Coffee Connoisseur (aka TCC) with their comfortable couch seats, wide selection of coffee prepared in myriad ways, array of delectable cakes and desserts, as well as rather tasty + affordable savoury dishes. They have been around for years, constantly upgrading their menus, having alternated between halal-ized and non-halalized, even changing names... but they still have many outlets across Singapore, and everyone should have visited at least one before.I

ordered Wagyu beef pasta at TCC and it was really good! Pasta is filled with sauce and it was complementary to each other! The beef was cooked well too so it was tender and soft. The dessert was awesome too! Chocolate panna cotta was good as it was not too sweet yet the taste lingers in your mouth!

February is my dad's birthday month and as he's a member, we got to enjoy 50% off our total bill! The previous time I was at TCC, I saw a whole table of women ordering their ribeye steak. I was curious what TCC offered at the Store and went into the store to take a look. I was surprised that TCC do sell Pineapple Tarts. The tarts are unique. The crew was generous in the portion. I always like to buy desserts from TCC, it had been one of the famous Café Chain in Singapore. Not a busy bustling time upon my arrival, hence there was no waiting required. Just simply picked from transparent fridge, they were all attractive looking. My friends and I went for dinner around Bugis Junction and we decided to head to TCC for some desserts.I am a fan of cheesecake so i ordered the Original Marble Cheesecake. Wow, I didn't expect The Connoisseur Concerto (tcc) to sell mooncakes! I gave them a try and they were surprisingly good. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be good since it wasn't really specializing in this. Nonetheless, the snowskin is really soft and tender, with appropriate thickness. The fillings are pretty good too, especially when I tried the tangerine flavour. It comes with a tangerine chocolate ball inside too. Amazing.

Went to have some TCC food today for lunch (around 2pm). Had a spicy beef brisket baked rice. The portion looked small but I was full after finishing it. Maybe because I put in extra effort to eat slowly. This rice was slightly salty and spicy much like rendang but with cheese. The cheese was quite nice, but could do with more. I love cheese. For people who like things a little spicy and flavourful, this is the dish to get.

It was my birthday month, and got a 50% off discount for dine in at TCC. I ordered Lychee Jazz who feel very refreshing after drinking. The main course that i ordered is salmon spaghetti, which taste so gd on the smoke salmon. Not overcooked, just nice. I like to go TCC, as different oulets give you a different atmosphere. Gathering at TCC is a good choice with nice food and drinks.

I love the salmon pasta from TCC. A friend introduced me to TCC awhile ago and after this first meal I was hooked. The salmon is cooked on the surface but it is slightly raw on the inside. The presentation of the dish is awesome with the fish nicely sliced and with a sunny side up in the centre. The pasta sauce is unique but really tasty. A dish like this costs about $15.

Had the seafood aglio olio at TCC when they had the 1 for 1 promotion. The aglio olio consist of pan fried scallops, prawns and tossed in olive oil. It was only okay standard. The prawns weren't very fresh and I felt the scallops were a tad bit overcooked as it was more mushy than springy. Nothing very memorable about it, but it wasn't bad either. Just quite average.

Jalan jalan at Bugis Junction, came a craving of fusion between japanese and italian. Ordered Mentaiko Spaghetti w/ Salmon Tataki , presentation was simply beautiful as I almost lost my appetite looking at how visually appealing it was. But all good food must go to heaven and that heaven is in my tummy. We ordered Kimchi Prawn Salad ($13) not too bad but my personal feel is that the kimchi taste was not very strong but overall still nice. Ingredients were fresh! Shrimp Martini ($11.80) is a must order from us when we visit TCC so far so good for this. Mushroom soup ($10) and New England Clam Chowder ($10) was ordered by myself and Pauline respectively.
