Chicken bake rice $10.50ordered a chicken cheese bake rice, the melted cheese luscious beneath the crispy cheese on the surface. The cheese is chewy and soft. However, the rice is not fragrant enough. It was rather a large size as the chicken was served in a large portion.I won't say that it's a casual dining restaurant with one of the best services and food standard around, honestly there's nothing fanciful about it. Average food and pricing that don't match the food standard

the photo above is the fried prawn sauce chicken from Xin wang hong kong restaurant. I will not recommend people to order this dish too often. although it is quite delicious and the chicken is quite cripsy. but i would not wan to eat it with the chicken skin. however it is nice to share with friends when u dine out

I really love the vegetable curry served at Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe. It is extremely rich and creamy. The curry is coconut based and in it are a generous portion of vegetables such as cabbage, french beans, carrots, potatoes and tofu. The rice served is soft and really fragrant. I love egg tarts. Especially those from Hong Kong. I decided to order them while having lunch at Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe. They were not very good though. The egg tarts were small and not warm. this Hongkong cafe has quite a number of main course.. this is one of their main course.. which is the curry chicken ricethe curry is not too hot.. taste not bad.. however i prefer it to be with prata compared to rice.. maybe its because of the curry..i would recommend other courses as well.. such as ungai porridge so on and forth =)

Went to dine at Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe with a bunch a friend. The atmosphere was nice, even though there was a big crowd during peak hour ...which can be quite a 'distraction' sometimes. This is a popular outlet, and a queue is expected. They ought to step up on their manpower, especially during peak hours such as weekend mealtimes. Was standing in line, waiting for my turn to be served for quite a while, despite noticing at least 3 empty tables in the outlet. The staff were too busy serving the diners within. Braised Pork Udon Soup The braised pork broth is quite flavourful, i think the braised taste is not enough but the soup is already quite sweet and tasty and I still can taste the spices flavour.The pork meat is cooked until so soft that I can just simply chewed and the meat separated by its own. 竹筒饭&奶茶The rice is quite fragrant with a lot of stuffs on top. Anyway the rice was not well cooked, a bit hard and dry, the gravy only on top, so the rice below is tasteless. this is a plate of fried custard bun I had ordered when I dined in Xin wang hong kong cafe. I the custard filling inside was not too sweet. the outer fried bun layer is crispy and not too oily. the ratio between the custard and bun layer is just nice. I like to eat this and it is a very nice side dish to share among with family too.

Xing wang hong kong cafe was good! They have great service serve by many many waiters and waitresses. I ate the beef cheese baked rice. It tasted so nice! It made me started loving baked rice. It was the first time I tasted something like this, and from then on, I can't stop myself from eating baked rice.
