This stall sells a variety of food including roasted duck rice, roasted duck noodle, lor mee, hainanese chicken rice, char siew rice, etc.
Well, this stall is called the roasted specialities but its definitely famous for something that is fried, the Chicken Cutlet Rice!!
Everyone queues for the Chicken cutlet rice. You can choose from 3 types of sauces- the thai sauce, black pepper sauce and the normal sauce! Most would choose the thai one. It goes very well together! However one bad thing about it is that the rice is plain rice. Boring.

Canteen 13 is known for their korean food but wait. The roasted delights there are nice as well!!! They sell a variety of roasted food from roasted duck, roasted chicken to roasted pork and charsiewwwww. I love the charsiew. Its sweet but tender. Not like the typical dry charsiew. A must try if you are in NTU!

This stall sells a wide variety of items. Waffles, Icecream, Cup Corn, Muah Chee and Herbal Egg. I've tasted the herbal egg and muah chee before. The herbal egg is rather salty with slight herbal taste. The muah chee is ordinary. But why does this stall always have a flooded long queue at any time of the day? This is because of the waffles! The stall has 4 waffles machine! With 2 waffles cooking/machine. Yet the queue is always long. The waffles are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside with the right amount of sweetness. You can add other toppings to it with an additional cost. The very special topping they provide is icecream! I always see people asking for icecream waffles. For me, i prefer something simple. The plain waffle.

Canteen 16 is a new addition to ntu, also known as the 'condo' as it is very well furnished with lifts!
The chicken rice there, however doesn't taste as good as the one in Canteen 2. The rice is fragrant and not overly oily but rather tasteless. Almost like any normal white rice. They also provide a variety of choices from roasted chicken to char siew and roasted pork.Sides can be added as well upon request.

Canteen 2 is operated by a former student who resides in the current Hall 2 which was known as Hall 1 previously.
The chicken rice is probably one of the best chicken rice in NTU. The rice is fragrant and not overly oily with the ability to taste the chicken essence in it. They provide a variety of choices from roasted chicken to roasted pork, Sides such as vegetables, eggs can also be added at an extra cost of only 50cents.
