Found out about Boulevard Craftbeer after my visit to its sister outlet – Restrobar. All I can say is I was overwhelmed by the quality of the food and service of the restaurant!
One of my all time favorite has got to be the Crackling belly of pork! Other favorites include their Italian and Herb sausages, as well as the oven baked spicy wings! The next time I go there I want to try the carrot cake. My friends said it was delicious and worth a second trip down.

There were babes serving the food, good music, and people can even hang out at night with the guys to watch the live sports in action! The prices of the drinks were also not bad, whereby a 1.5 litre jug of alcohol only cost approximately $28.

I would surely recommend this place to more people!

Craving for Pizza Hut OK Mar 21, 2011

The service was quite poor that day. Slow seating. Slow arrival of food.

The mushroom soup that came first was diluted and the mushroom in the soup was pathetic in numbers. There were lumps inside the soup as well.

The Sausage Mania Pasta that I ordered were delicious but still a bit dry. The cheese was also not enough.

I ordered Hot "n" Spicy drumlets as a side order and they were juicy and tender. The highlight of the meal definitely.

The restaurant as usual was crowded and noisy with a lot of school going students and young children making up the crowd.

For mushroom fanatics OK Mar 21, 2011

Went to mushroom pot with my boyfriend upon his recommendation. It was quite crowded when we arrived but we got a table pretty quickly. Being a friday, it was Ladies Night and I got a discount. The price is quite reasonable.

There was a lot of food selection. However, you can only choose a limited number with the rest having to be charged extra costs upon ordering. Therefore, I ended up eating a lot of dishes that were repetitive, thus growing tiresome after a while.

The soup base was pretty good.

And there are also a lot of mushroom choices available. Additional dishes like the Mushroom salad and the Egg spinah rolls are excellent side dishes.

Definitely a must-go for mushroom fanatics. An option if you have extra cash in your pockets.

Sub standard food Cry Mar 21, 2011

I had high expectations when I went into the restaurant because there is always a long queue and crowds inside the different New York New York restaurants. However, I was left disppointed at the end of the meal.

I tried the Hawaiian Chicken Chop and the meat was quite tender. However, I could not taste any Hawaiian flavour from the meat other than a small ring of pineapple that had been placed on top. The wedges were okay though the side salad was a tad on the sour side. The Brooklyn Fish "n" Chips I ordered also was normal. The portion was quite big. But the batter was too thick and I couldn't taste the fish inside. The accompanying sauces were also not outstanding with the thai? chili sauce tasting a bit weird. Nothing special about the dish. The fries were cold.

Wanted to order drinks such as their famous Root Beer Float, but it was too expensive. Settled on plain water instead which was not refilled even when the glasses were half empty. Furthermore, we had initially asked for iced water but it came as lukewarm water. The staff also had a scowl on their faces and looked quite unfriendly.

Ambience wise, the place was very crowded and noisy and thus drowned out whatever background music that was being played. The lightings were like any other typical american restaurants.

All in all, typical western restaurant. Money is better spent elsewhere.

I think Pasta Mania is really an average restaurant with an average standard of food, but definitely good enough for the amount you are paying for.

Pastas and pizzas are their main selling products. Personally i would choose pastas over their pizzas because there is a greater pasta selection. I like how I can get to choose the type of noodle i want such as spagetti, linguine, penne etc. So i can choose what goes best with my preference for the day.

Lastly, I like their latest introduction of the irresistable combos which can be added on to any main course for only $4.90! I It comes with a snack and a drink. I especially love their calamari and cheese sticks!

Pasta Mania is definitely suited for patronage at different times of the day regardless of whether it is for lunch, teabreak, or dinner. The place is comfortable enough for small groups of friends to chill, relax, and make small talks over their meals.
