Fantastic food. Appetizers consisted of stuffed fried chicken wings and deep fried spring rolls. The wings were nice and crispy with a moist delicious stuffing. The Spring Rolls were fresh and tasty.  Next, the Tom Yom Seafood Pot was perfect. The broth had just the right hint of lemon grass and there were plenty of of fresh squids, prawns and fish - either Grouper or Bass. The main highlight of the meal was the Gung Pat Pong Karee (Curry Prawns) which was absolutely delicious and highly recommended.

I also had the house specialty cocktail, Sabai Mojito which I would recommend! The Service was flawless with each dish presented with perfect timing. The price range of the dishes ordered are as follows:

Appetizers: $7-10
Soup: $25 (Pot would serve 4)
Vegetables: $18
Main: $36
Cocktails: $22

Recommended Dish(es):  Gung Pat Pong Karee, Sabai Mojito

Being restriced to a High Protein Diet  I happed by this place in a maze of Rice and Noodle Shops.  I ordered the Chickend with Pork dish without rice which came to $12.00.  Quite expensive considering my local super market offeres a similar combination for under $7.00. The chicken was fine , crispy skin with moist interior. The pork was similar but was served under my preferred temperature and the taste was a bit flat.  This is my third so so meal at the new LPS and other the occasional Satay night , not sure I will make this a reguar spot in the future

Not the Best Cry Jul 29, 2014

We ordered the set buffet( BBQ Grill ) set complete with open vegtable bar. I was not overly impressed with the restaurant. The chicken proteins were poorly cut and fell apart with minimal cooking. The pork belly was cut. into tiny cubes and really not very tasty. Being unsure of the concept when ordering ,the server rushed us into selecting all you can eat buffet when all we really wanted was a set lunch. It's unlikely I will visit this place again

service was very prompt and courteous. appetizers of fried fish skin and braised pork on bun arrived fresh and tasty.the braised pork was succulent. The spare rib and pumpkin soup was a real surprise as it was not greasy and tasted very light with perfect seasoning. I particularly enjoyed the seafood vermicelli as the noodles were cooked perfectly and dry with just the right ammont of fish proteins

smile Thoroughly enjoyed the food at Absolute Thai! However, I thought the stir fried prawn black pepper sauce portion was a bit on the small side given the $17.00 price point but it was a tasty dish. The Tom Yum was good with the right hint of lemongrass. I seldom comment on vegetable side dishes but I thought the stir fried chinese kale was absolutely delicious and would not hesitate to order again.
