Headed down to Mad Jack to try their food for the first time with my friends. After pondering over the menu, I decided to order the grilled fish as it looked really good. The service was not too bad but could have been improved as the waiters didnt really pay attention to my group. The grilled fish was delicious! It was grilled to just the right perfection and the sauce made the fish stand out.

Nando's is a relatively new name in the food industry. It focuses on turkish food and the uniqueness is in the different spiciness level of the spices they have. I ordered the chicken kebab. It arrived in this authentic turkish kebab setup which added to the feel of the whole meal. It was not too bad. The spices were unique but the taste was a little too strong for me.

Kovan has a street full of traditional delights. One of my favourite is teochew porridge. Good old teochew porridge in the middle of the night when you're hungry. They have a wide variety of traditional dishes. Including the steamed peanuts and salted egg. The plain tasting porridge and the accompanying dishes leaves you with a home sweet home feeling.

Me and my boyfriend headed down to Bliss Waterfront Cafe for a quiet and chilled night. When we arrived, the water fron area was closed so we had to sit inside the buliding, Having heard before hand that the steak was good, I decided to give it a try. The steak was adequately priced. It came with a garlic sauce on top and was delicious. It came with sides as well. Overall, the meal was good and it was reasonably priced

Manhantan's recently had this promotion for their cheesy fish n chips. So me and my friend decided to head down to give it a try. There was a huge amount of fries gives. However, there wasnt enough cheese for all the fries. The garlic sauce they used with the fish was delicious. It added flavour to the fried fish and satisfied our tastebuds.
