kfc breakfast Cry Jun 24, 2011
Categories : American | Fast Food | Halal

My friend was telling me how tempting kfc breakfast looked on the posters and I decided to give it a try with her. We woke up exceptionally early to go down to kfc to try it. I ordered the waffles and scramble eggs. There were only two pieces of waffles with some scramble eggs. I feel the portion was quite little. I would prefer to wake up early to eat mac hot cake breakfast, at least I know I will be full.

mini ayam penyet Cry Jun 24, 2011

Categories : Malay | Food Court | Kids-Friendly

I was watching a movie with a couple of friends when we decided to settle at banquet for our dinner. I noticed the ayam penyet stall queue was very long so I decided to try it out. It was very pricey six dollars for a very tiny smashed chicken. The soup was so salty and the rice was rather hard. The chicken was really very tiny. I was so disappointed.

Pricey Cry Jun 24, 2011

Categories : Thai | Restaurant

My friend and I got to far east and it was lunch time, we were both famished and all the hawkers were packed with the working crowd. We walked passed sakura halal thai and it was not too crowded. While looking at the menu outside, a waitress came out and approach us. Surprised by such a pleasant service, we decided to give it a try. I ordered a plate of sambal kang kong and white rice. The kang kong cost me eight dollars, I guess it was quite pricey. I should not have succumb to such good service and end up paying more.

just order the xia long bao...  Cry Jun 24, 2011

My friends bought a couple of xiao long bao vouchers from paradise dynasty to try their signature different flavours xiao long bao. I tried the xiao long bao a couple of times already so I decided to order something else today. I ordered the dan dan mian. I did not know what it was and I was tempted for something spicy and the picture did look appetizing. To my disappointment, it was a peanut soup and noodles, no meat and it was indeed spicy. I was so upset with what I ordered, so when you go to paradise dynasty. Just order the xiao long bao and do not try to order something new.

kimchi soup Cry Mar 10, 2011
Categories : Korean | Food Court

I ordered the kimchi soup from this stall. The picture looked really appetizing, and I was totally tempted by it when I sat down next to the stall. However I was kind of disappointed when they served me. The colour of the soup was kind of light, means that it is not as spicy as it appears on the menu. Yup, I was right, it was not sour and spicy enough to my liking. Even their kimchi side dish was not sour, I guess they did not ferment the cabbage long enough.
