Went there as it is consider one of the more quiet restaurant in Tampines Central.

Like the dish, only thing is if you don't like 'sweet duck', you might not like it. For me, I find it a bit sweet but I enjoy the taste that the black pepper did not over-powered the dish and the duck meat is sliced thinly and not much fats.Black Pepper Smoked Duck Linguine @ SGD$16.90

This is not ordered by me, but I get to taste a spoonful and like the sweet and spicy sauce, only thing is, the sauce have covered the crab taste Chilli Crab Linguine SGD$18.90

Generally I prefer cake to mousse but this feels nice. It's just right, not too sweet.Orange Mile Chocolate Mousse @ SGD$7.20 (contain Gelatine and alcohol)

Standard latte and slightly steeper place, but people pay for the atmosphere... =) This is not ordered by me, since friend do not have comments i guess it's standard taste. =)Latte @ SGD$6.90

The linguine portion is decent so I guess most people will feel filling after the main dish, but still have room for a cup of drink or dessert.
The service is decent also, waiting time is shorter than previously but some servers still a bit 'blur' - either tell us they do not serve customer plain water or forgot to bring us dessert forks for our desserts.

There is a promotion on Jan 2014 so we got 20% discount off our food and the 'spending per head' price is the final price after discount.

Spicy Mix Vegetables (SGD$6.00)
Although it is instructed to cook less spicy, it's still too spicy for me! The gravy is not too thick and the vegetables are nicely cooked. The thin flat grass noodle are too chewy to my liking - but it's just a few strand of them =). The serving is big for the price - one value-for-money dish.Deep Fried Pork Ribs (SGD$6.00)
It looks like overcook meat chunks to me when served. In actual fact, the small chunks of pork ribs allow me to removed the bones easily and it is crispy & definitely do not not look as hard as it's appearance. This is a dish which I would recommend.Streaky Pork Belly Salad (SGD$8.00)
It's give me the feeling of eating thai salad with roasted pork. Refreshing & SPICY & crispy - the spicy level give me a 'shiok' feeling, but yet not too uncomfortable for me to eat, this is a dish which I would recommend.Kong Pao Chicken (SGD$6.00)
Comparing it with the chinese version of Kong Pao Chicken, I think the chicken is not spicy enough and the taste is too mild for my liking.Chicken Legs Soup (SGD$3.50)

Taste like noodles with soybean paste (炸酱面). It's served with the thick rice noodles, chicken, bean spout and with some gravy hidden under the rice noodle, mixed them well before eating. Like the chewy thick rice noodle.

Similar to the Mandalay Mee Shay, it taste like noodles with soybean paste (炸酱面). It's served with the thin rice noodles and taste more sticky.Steam Fish with Special Sauce (SGD$15.00)
This is a MUST ORDER dish! If you ever come here to eat, remember to order this dish. With a bit of sesame sprinkle on top of the refreshing and not too rich peanut sauce, I fall in love with this freshly steam fish which is cooked just right. The dish is very value for money too - this size for this price.This is not the first time I ate Burmese food, but my previous experience with Burmese food is that they are somewhat similar to Chinese food but generally with stronger flavour. Mandalay style dishes changed my impression.
To be frank, this batch of Burmese Food are not too appealing to me in vision, but I really enjoy the food.

Penne Mama Mia - Penne and chicken chunks baked with homemade cheese sauce. The dish is RICH although unfortunately the portion is SMALL T__T. I will still order this again next time when I am not so hungry so I do not need to follow up with my supper immediately after this dinner

Red-hot Chicken Spaghetti (If I didn't remember the wrong dish?) - Not my order but did steal a bite out of it. Nice

Overall like the taste of the food but the portion is simply small, maybe to cater for a few desserts after dinner?

Standard dishes I will usually order from any Hong Kong Café - Milk tea and Instant noodle.

Chilled Hong Kong Milk Tea - The photo on the menu attracted me thus I order the Ice milk tea instead. Like the way it is presented, taste decent. Only problem is the pouring of the last bit of the tea into my cup, as the "melted semi dry ice" is rushing for my cup as well. I cannot finished the whole portion and share a bit with friend since both of us don't drink a lot.

Luncheon Meat & Fried Egg w/ Instant Noodle - "standard" standard. Seriously not many restaurant can go wrong with this dish.

Fried Rice with Diced Ham & Preserved Vege - I was disappointed when I see the dish served VS the photo on menu. Not as if it looks mouth-watering on the menu but... it looks simply too oily when I see it up "close and personal". The portion is BIG. Good portion for any guy who do not have a fussy tastebud.

There isn't much people when I was there on weekday afternoon so it's still quite quiet and the servers are quite friendly.

It's no too crowded on a Friday evening around 8.15pm+.
Didn't know the branch offer free flow of bread like cafe cartel =) It's a pleasant surprise if the raisin bread is not that dry. They only offer vinegar at the bread counter so we asked for butter.

We order a Carbonara ($15.50) and set dinner ($17.90) with Aglio Olio as the main course, and add topping with Mushroom, Ham & Bacon ($5).
I like my carbonara as it is creamy but not too over. But I thought the Spaghetti is a bit overcook.
Aglio Olio is decent, I remember the last time we tried it here it was too oily.

The Service is quite prompt.
