Yummy Frozen Yogurt in Bugis+! Smile Jun 17, 2013
Share on TwitterShare on Facebook
Categories : Frozen Yogurt

I seldom treat myself to yogurt because it's terrifyingly expensive (Yoguru) and so, I was terrified. However, I saw the board over the counter and thought that it's okay to try once in a while especially when it's not $7 per cup! Plus, the staff was really friendly and she has a wonderful smile.

I had the original flavour with attap seeds. I really like it very much! They complement each other very well! The yogurt is not very sweet, in fact, it's sour and that's really stimulating and refreshing! Adding the sweet attap seeds is just fantastic, they balance out so nicely! ♥

I will go and try other flavours next time when I have the chance!

Yummy Nasi Padang in Kaki Bukit Smile Apr 18, 2013

Chicken leg that is so big with bagedil and sunnyside-up egg and only costs $3.50? For Sure!

It's sedap too!

Trying the bagedil was my first time but it's really nice! No wonder my friend loves it so much.

The curry was really nice too. It's not blend and just spicy like others. It's actually got taste and aroma, plus it's not super spicy either! The chicken meat was tender and well-marinated!

If you work in Kaki Bukit, make sure you visit this coffee shop at least once! ^_^

$8.80 for a bento at the foodcourt in Marina Bay Sands Shoppe. The only place where one can actually afford food.

As it was the STGCC day, it was super crowded but we managed to secure a 4-seater luckily.

This set was the chicken and shishamo set, one of the cheapest items on their menu. I chose it because it looked the best out of all items.

The teriyaki chicken was a disaster as it's so hard!! The teriyaki sauce was nice but.. you know.

Luckily, the shishamo saved my lunch. It's crispy and meaty despite its looks. It wasn't too salty as well, marinated just nice.

The salad was passable. The miso soup was okay as well, but maybe a tad too salty.

S11 AMK has always been some of my favourite food places. This stall sells really nice BBQ chicken wings and satay!

The chicken wings are sweet and juicy, they are not so hard on the teeth too!

Their satay is even better! The meat on each stick consists of more flesh than fat but they don't overpower each other, they complement each other very well without making you feel oily and sinful. Plus the superb sauce, heaven! The grounded peanuts adds fragrance and crunch to the thick and sweet sauce! The rice is also well done! Don't underestimate this, because I've eaten the rice from other satay stalls and they aren't as good as this stall's!

Delicious Claypot at Night Smile Apr 23, 2013

Categories : Singaporean | Chinese | Coffeeshop | Steamboat/Hot Pot | Zi Char | Noodles | Kids-Friendly

Being the only stall at night at this HDB Coffeeshop, the place is usually patronised by the residents in this cluster of flats. Recently there seems to be a change in chef helming the kitchen. My visit last night confirmed it. Ordered claypot hor fun for $5 and was delighted with the new ingredients offered. Broccoli! That’s nice, something you see often for claypot noodles option. And it’s not the case of just broccoli, you still get your cabbage and carrots. The gravy given was a lot more now and it’s just right, not too starchy like before. Overall, I was very satisfied with the order tonight, hopefully they will maintain this standard. One suggestion I would give is, to add in roasted meat 烧肉 to it and, of course, more yam as well smile
