Golden Nugget Cake Smile Apr 23, 2012

This slice of cake really taste like a mixture of quality chocolate mix with the snicker bar with lots of peanuts on it. The peanut is so crunchy that it really added some nice factor to this cake. The chocolate sponge cake is really soft and moist and the chocolate cream used in this cake is really thick and fragrant. As the slice of it is quite tall which I think is really quite a good buy and moreover it is halal certified which we can share with all friends around us. Great to buy a whole cake for a birthday celebration and for parties as well. Delicious!!

Hot Pot Soup Smile Apr 23, 2012
Categories : Taiwanese | Food Court

This Stall actually sell a quite generous pot of creamy soup with lots of fresh vegetables, one half piece of the hard boiled dark soya sauce marinated egg in it. At only three dollar per hot pot (which does not include all the side dishes such as the fish fillets, pork belly, stewed beef and Chinese sausage), it is still good enough to satisfy your stomach. Moreover you at another additional ten percent discount if you use the kopitiam card to make the payment. Certainly a very good bargain for everyone.

Beef Sandwich OK Apr 23, 2012

This sandwich is sort of the quite dry version as the bread used for this sandwich although is consider to be the healthier version, but it is just too hard and is very compact in texture. The thinning sliced beef does not have much taste and is quite dry as well although it is not tough. Not much dressings in the sandwich which even make the whole sandwich tastes even more hard and boring. Though the lettuces, onions and tomato slices are quite generous, it just does not bring out the full flavour of the sandwich. What a pity actually.

Classic Chicken Pie Smile Apr 23, 2012

If you love to eat the traditional pie which are selling outside right now, this shepherd pie certainly will also be one of your favourite as well. The chicken meat inside is tender and not too hard. The gravy and sauce used to marinate and in making of the chicken filling is also not too spicy and fragrant. The mashed potato which is mixed with butter is moist and nice, which has been baked slightly brown in colour. It can actually served up to 8 to 10 persons per box of it and I think is really worth the buy.

Strawberry Puffs Smile Apr 22, 2012
Categories : Bakery

This strawberry puffs from Breadtalk really reminds me of Delifrance and those well known french bakery shops in Singapore. However this is a local product but the quality of it is as good as those made from those high end cafes and bakeries. The puff's texture is fluffy and crispy and the cut strawberries and the juicy sauce is not too sweet and nice. Baked freshly daily which ensure the quality is there. Really nice to have it with a cup of coffee or English tea and I also love it to share with my friends during class gatherings and family gatherings as well.
