The Food
I ordered half a Chicken and a plate of Hong kong Kailan with Oyster Sauce. The chicken meat was delicious. it was tasty and tender even though it was breast meat. The rice texture was soft and fragrant and also tastes good even on it's own. The ginger and chilli sauce complements well with the chicken meat. The chilli sauce was a little spicy and sour and it enhance more flavour to the chicken. The ginger was fragrant and very tasty and tastes like the one at Soup Restaurant. As for the Hongkong Kailan with Oyster Sauce, I find that it was pretty normal. The Kailan is a bit hard but the sauce is still acceptable for me!

I ordered a bowl of Pork Rib Bee Hoon Soup with Pig Intestines. The Pork Rib Bee Hoon was fantastic and the pork ribs were cooked till it's nice and soft. The soup was rich and tasty and is filled with the natural sweetness from the prawns shells and pork ribs. The pig intestines are fresh, cleaned thoroughly and does not have the porky taste and taste chewy and soft. The fried spring onions and lard was added into the soup to make it even more fragrant.

The Food
I ordered the Kookaburra Wings (Medium Hot), Cream of Chicken and Mushroom and Black Pepper Steak.
The soup is delicious and the texture is thick and creamy with fresh ingredients like celery, carrots, small chunks of chicken and cubes of mushroom. This is unlike those canned soup you find in supermarket as it's savory.
The Kookaburra Wings are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I find that the wings can be more flavourful if it is marinated longer to fully absorb the spices and sauce
I have very high expectation when it comes to steak. I find that the steak can be better if they add brown sauce to the black pepper to give the steak more Oomph and flavour. As for the beef texture, is firm and tender and cooked with perfect timing

I ordered a plate of Fried Oyster Omelette and is tasty, soft and fluffy. I find that the fresh oysters texture are pretty normal but it goes very well with the special chilli sauce. Overall, I find that the Oyster Omelette is tasty but I would like the outer crust to be crispier to give it that explosive Oomph in your mouth.

The Food
I ordered 1 Egg and 1 Gosong Roti Prata. The Roti Prata was very crispy and feels like eating keropok. They use mutton curry instead of fish curry to dip with their prata. The stall owner told me that mutton curry goes well with the prata and true enough their mutton curry bought me over. The mutton curry was very tasty and does not have the strong mutton smell that I'm quite particular with. The curry is very thick and tasty.

This is one of the better Roti Prata I have tasted and definitely worth a try!
