The Food
I ordered a plate of Braised Duck Rice. The duck is fragrant due to the rich and thick braised sauce but the meat is a little too hard. I think the duck can be stewed longer so that the meat is softer and for the skin to fully absorbed the braised sauce. The braised sauce was delicious enough for me to eat the white rice with it alone.

The Food
I ordered a plate of Wanton Mee served with generous portion. The noodles is very tasty and the texture of the noodle is just nice, soft and springy. The chilli sauce is superb as it not only enhanced the flavour of the Wanton Mee but it's the main element that made this dish so tasty. The char siew is lean and does not have any layer of fats and the wanton is also filled with small chunks of minced pork to give it that wholesome taste.

I ordered a large plate of Hokkien Mee and the portion was enough for 2 small eaters but I think it's a little too much for me. The Hokkien Mee is tasty and the noodles are wet as they have absorbed the essence and goodness of the seafood stock. The prawns and sotong are fresh and the chilli sauce that blended with the Hokkien Mee is superb! It has a sourish taste and it's a little spicy to add more flavour to the dish.

I ordered a large bowl of Beef Kway Teow Soup with additional tendons. The soup has a rich and sweet taste of the beefy goodness minus the strong beefy smell. The ingredients such as tripe, brisket, tendons and sliced beef are fresh and very tender. The tripe is soft and tender and the brisket is well marinated and does not have any beefy smell. Lastly, the sliced beef is awesome and blended well with their home made chilli sauce that is a little sourish to give it an appetising taste and Oomph! The kway teow is silky smooth and thin and blended well with the rich and tasty soup base.

The Food
I ordered a Cold Dish, Crab Meat and Fish Maw Soup, Roasted Chicken Skin with Sotong Prawn Paste and Prawn Roll. The first dish to be served is the Cold Dish which includes Mayonnaise Prawn Salad, Fried Eggs with Shark Fins, Fried Sesame Chicken, Jellyfish and Pork Ribs. I find that the taste is pretty normal but the Fried Eggs with Shark Fins is very fragrant and tasty and the Fried Sesame Chicken is crispy and very fragrant with lots of sesame.
The Crab and Fish Maw Soup has lots of eggs and has a rich and thick texture, filled with the goodness and essence of the fresh crabmeat and eggs hence making it absolutely yummy!
The Roast Chicken Skin with Sotong Prawn Paste is marinated very well and the chicken skin is crispy and the sotong prawn paste has a thin texture. For the Prawn Roll, I find that it has a fishy taste and not so crispy. The total bill was $210 and that works out to be about $30 per pax.
