I was here with friends for dinner I had their deep fried pork rillette ball with Tabasco sauceThe Tabasco sauce was pretty subtle & could’ve been more aggressive to stand up to the deep fried rillette. Next for the shrimp . The sauce had some sort of crustacean extract & was quite flavourful, but the shrimp weren’t deveined, had a really mushy texture. Went to Alchemy on a Saturday night. The place was so filled that you will not be able to get in without a queue if you did not made reservation.The drink prices are on the higher side but nothing too outrageous, Food was very yummy!
