The first time I get to know bakers oven was from the annual food exhibition that was held at Singapore expo. Overall, this stall offers a wide range of pies of different flavours which caters to all people. Price wise is very reasonable and why not try it !!

I ordered a box chicken pies $20 from Baker's Oven Pattisieries to bring to office for a function. I ordered this because I saw from the website that there are 5 different types of chicken pies and I thought it will satisfy most people in office. The 5 different flavours are chicken, black pepper chicken, vegetables, chicken mushroom and char siew chicken. It was warm when I bought it but by the time I reached office, it was cold. I got the cleaner lady to help us toast in the over and it was as good as fresh. The chicken pie is quite large and the outer pastry is quite crispy when it is warm. I ate the chicken mushroom flavour and I thought it was tasty as the chicken is well marianated and the button mushrooms are quite juicy. However, like one of the previous reviewers mentioned, the filling is quite little so it would be better if there is more filling. Most of the time, it was just pastry in my mouth and not much of the filling.

After my previous disappointment of the cake rolls, I don't really want to try their other stuff but my friend said their banana cakes was nice, so give it another try. It was really very nice, the sponge cake was nice, very smooth and light. Can taste some real banana bites inside, not very sweet. The upper layer have a nice butter fragrance, really worth to give it a try.

Heard that this cake shop is quite famous, so when I past by the shop, I bought the Mango & Chocolate Roll. The cake texture was light and soft. There's a nice mango fragrance coming out while eating, but it would be better if there's mango syrup inside, I find that it is a bit too bland but good point is not very sweet. It was very tiny roll and price was relatively expensive to its size. Don't really worth the cost.

For slightly more than a dollar each, this chicken mushroom pie smells and taste best when it is served hot. I would recommend you to lightly toast these pies if you were buying them home as it brings out the taste of the chicken better. The crust is slightly crispy and not too oily. The chicken within the pie is not too salty and blends well with the small bits of mushroom stuffed within each pie. Overall not too bad a pie.

Sold at slightly more than a dollar, I would recommend this stall to people who love pasteries. besides it's relatively affordable prices, the taste of the pateries and puffs are good too.For this apple pie, it taste a lot better after some light toasting. The crust is slightly soft and chewy and the apple cubes stuffed within the puff has a sweet and sour taste and hence a burst of various flavours. The apples are soft and coarsely sliced and overall, not too bad a dessert for all who likes swe

Looks good but doesn't taste fantastic - this is how I would describe the tiramisu from Baker's Oven. I am kinda disappointed as I think that it doesn't really taste like tiramisu. It tastes like cheese sponge cake. In fact, I think I will rate it better if I don't know that I am eating a tiramisu!

The chicken pie looked rather big and tempting but it was rather hollow inside. The puff pastry caused the pie puffed up thus looked big in size but it only have a thin layer of filling consisting of potatoes, peas and carrots with hardly any chicken chunks or bits in it. The puff pastry did not have buttery taste too. It was disappointing indeed. Other than pies, they do sell different type of cheesecakes too. I might come back to try their cheesecakes but i will definitely stay away from their
