Bee Garden (Closed)

The Bee Garden is a very nicely place featuring many kinds of awesome desserts. I particularly love their mango pomelo dessert! The mango is so smooth and silky and sweet and its natural sweetness is enough to bring taste to the dessert. The pomelo is slightly bitter, but it does help to bring an additional level of taste (bitterness) to the sweet dessert. Very nice mix!

I didn't notice that this stall is actually one of the stalls that got revived in Channel 8's Buzzing Cashier. I only knew about it when I was looking at the photos and some of the other reviews online that I know that the owner of this stall actually went through so much.It's no wonder even an ordinary bowl of cold Cheng Tng taste so wonderfully nice. A featured winner in Mediacorp's programme, Buzzing Cashier 2 (抢摊大行动2) this stall gets some of its dessert recipes from Chef Eric Teo, one of the renowned chefs from one of the top hotels in Singapore. I enjoy the sweet mango and mango puree with fresh tasting pomelo together with shaved ice very much. It tasted much nicer than some of those dessert shops.
